Just ordered from this place. The order arrived really quickly. However, I ordered an orange juice that did not come I can only assume because they do not have a price listed next to it. Regardless, I tipped extra in order to cover it.
Breakfast sandwiches are usually good, today again...barely any meat and the smallest egg in existence. Just spent $8.05 for an egg sandwich. Not cool.

30 minutes late and ordered two deluxe cheeseburgers. It came without the cold slaw, so I called and asked where is the cold slaw, I think someone forgot to put in in the bag. He said "no cold slaw today and hung up on me. Bad customer service. Sorry Jimbo but there's better burgers out there and staff with better manners.

Best part of it was that it was only a little late. Overcooked burger with completely overcooked wings. Wings were dry since sauce covered entire inside of bag. Missing onions. Tomato a couple days past ripe. Lettuce about a week past use by date and about 1/2 brown.

I had such high hopes for the burger I was craving, but it was overcooked (well done, but ordered medium rare) and just a bad quality little hockey puck of a burger. Their fries are soggy shoestrings and their onion rings are clearly the frozen, packaged kind. There are WAY better places to get a burger in NYC.

Avoid the turkey burger

I love this place! I'm really picky with my meats, but the burgers are always fresh- along with the produce they used (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.), The fries are very good too! Yumyumyum, A great price for fresh food.

Buyer is fantastic. Really. Gave four stars only because my mouse cake is frozen.

Always delicious. This place knows old-school greasy NYC diner food better than almost anyone.

Delivery took an hour longer than the original quote time. Most of the food was cold when it did arrive. Burned wings, fries, and burger. Maybe this was an off night but I would not risk ordering from here again.

On the plus side, the food arrived relatively quickly- maybe because we tipped well? It's always been good when we eat in, but I would never order delivery from here again.
We got a bacon cheeseburger, medium, and asked for bacon very well done. Burger arrived well past medium, the bun was soggy and wet, bacon was nearly raw, and I could only discern a few crumbles of american cheese. We also ordered a grilled chicken club, but it arrived on soggy, mushy bread too. We asked for mustard for it, but it came covered in mayo.
The cole slaw tasted sour and inedible; I spit it out. The fries and onion rings were both cold.
So, we had to go cook the bacon, attempt to bake all the bread to make the sandwiches edible, and heat the cold fries & rings. If we had felt like cooking, we wouldn't have ordered seamless.

It took them 55 mins to deliver my order...we are 3 blks away from them! The chicken sandwiches contained less than a half-breast! I have photos! Never again!!!

Loved the turkey burger!

if this is emeril's favorite burger joint he should have his head examined! buirger was overcooked to the point of being inedible, despite the fact that they ask how you want it cooked! fries were passable but not worth any kudos. terrible overall.

Best Burgers in NYC! Always cooked to perfection and JUICY! Service is always on time and served with a smile

Hamburger was alright, but nothing special. The bun was very soggy by the time it was delivered. Onion rings were okay, but not as good as some other reviews seemed to indicate.

Slowest delivery ever... if your starving I don't recommend

Incredibly poor service! Waited for an hour for my food delivery, and when I called very nicely to inquire about my order, I was yelled at by a Jimbos employee who claimed the delivery boy had been waiting at my building for 30 minutes; however, i did not receive a single call that my order was downstairs.

I have been ordering from and dining in Jimbos for a few years now and never have they screwed up an order or made anything that was greasy, fatty, or all around gross. I love it!!

Good food but too slow when they deliver. They do not deliver the food within the time frame they promise.

Awful. First the burger was as well done as a hockey puck then they sent one raw and cold!

small wonder bread sandwich

burgers good (its no shakeshack)... It seems like sometimes they use frozen/store bought patties (not all that great) and sometimes they use freshly made ones (delicious).. delivery is usually fast, im about 4 blocks away. little problems every once in awhile e.g. order diet coke and a sprite, receive two diet caffeine free cokes..

Always fresh and delicious, any item from Jimbos is a winner! And, yes, they really do have the best Hamburgers in NYC! Bacon is the best, too!

Excellent. Cole slaw was even tasty and the turkey burger was very flavorful. Delivery person could be a bit more pleasant.

always messed up with the order
I order the onion ring with my meal and paid extra for it and it came to me as fries???

Tight little nook, decent burger that turns very good when viewed in close proximity to the price. The characters at the 7 (or so) seat counter are worth paying for as well.

Excellent Turkey burgers and very fast service. This is a serious contender for a top burger spot.

It looks like a dive, but the food is really great. Amazing value. Emeril apparently knows a thing or two.

The description of their food is not very descriptive. For example, the buffalo burger is actually made of buffalo, as opposed to a hamburger with buffalo sauce on it. The burger looked cooked on the outside, but was blood red throughout. This burger had been cooked all of two or three minutes. I also bit into what was likely a bit of bone in the patty. The burger and fries are soggy with grease. Even as hungry as I was, I had to throw out 3/4 of the burger (after learning that the entire burger was very rare, and not just one part of it. Generous portions of poorly prepared, greasy food.
